In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase we please ask that you return it to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange providing the goods are in their original condition and unused.
The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless the customer notifies Dream Designs otherwise within 72 hours of delivery of the goods to the customer.
We only accept the return of products that have been directly purchased from our online shop.
Goods returned must be in a resaleable condition.
The customer shall be liable for any freight paid to return goods.
Sales items do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Any items damaged during delivery need to be photographed in the state they were delivered in and a copy emailed to us.
All damaged items are to be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
