We offer a flat rate for the shipping of $9.95 within New Zealand.
We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible only using the highest quality courier service to ensure your gift box arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) following payment in cleared funds after receiving your order confirmation email. You should expect your order within 2-6 working days. Rural deliveries may take a further 2-3 business days to arrive. NB: Delivery Target: Delivery targets are a guide only and we do not guarantee that your item will reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take longer. For the purpose of delivery targets, the day in which an item is accepted by the courier is day zero.
Whilst all care is taken to ensure parcels are delivered in a timely manner and great care is taken when packing orders, we have no control over what happens to the parcels once they leave our hands. In the unlikely event, you do not receive your parcels in 10 business days or your package arrives damaged, please contact us.
