We offer a flat rate for the shipping of $9.95 within New Zealand and we use DHL Express Shipping for orders to Australia for $20. All of our packages are dispatched using a trackable courier service and requires a signature as proof of delivery. DHL Express provides international delivery within 2-3 business days, please note that sometimes due to customs this timeframe can vary.
We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible only using the highest quality courier service to ensure your gift box arrives as quickly and safely as possible. To ensure our customers get the lowest price, we have made it that we do not make any profits from our shipping rates.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) following payment in cleared funds after receiving your order confirmation email. You should expect your order within 2-6 working days. Rural deliveries may take a further 2-3 business days to arrive. Couriers continue to receive volumes that are 30% higher than their business as usual volumes due to Covid 19 restrictions so please be patient as they are working hard to ensure packages are delivered on time. Whilst all care is taken to ensure parcels are delivered in a timely manner and great care is taken when packing orders, we have no control over what happens to the parcels once they leave our hands. In the unlikely event, you do not receive your parcels in 10 business days or your package arrives damaged, please contact us.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase we please ask that you return it to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange providing the goods are in their original condition and unused. The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless the customer notifies Dream Designs otherwise within 72 hours of delivery of the goods to the customer. We only accept the return of products that have been directly purchased from our online shop. Goods returned must be in a resaleable condition. The customer shall be liable for any freight paid to return goods. Sales items do not qualify for a refund or exchange. Any items damaged during delivery need to be photographed in the state they were delivered in and a copy emailed to us. All damaged items are to be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. To be eligible to return or exchange a product,you must provide valid proof of purchase. Please contact us first before returning.
