2. Definitions:
2.1 “Dream Designs” shall mean Dream Designs.co.nz Limited or any agents or employees thereof.
2.2 “Customer” shall mean any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of the company or any person purchasing goods or services from Dream Designs.
2.3 “Goods” shall mean all goods, chattels supplied by Dream Designs to the customer and shall include a fee or charge associated with the supply of goods by Dream Designs to the customer.
3. Acceptance:
3.1 Any instructions received by Dream Designs from the customer for the supply of goods or services shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
3.2 By placing an order for products on our website you “the customer” accepts and agrees to these conditions.
4. Return & Refunds Policy:
4.1 In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase we please ask that you return it to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange providing the goods are in their original condition and unused.
4.2 The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless the customer notifies Dream Designs otherwise within 72 hours of delivery of the goods to the customer.
4.3 We only accept the return of products that have been directly purchased from our online shop.
4.4 Goods returned must be in a resaleable condition.
4.5 The customer shall be liable for any freight paid to return goods.
4.6 Sales items do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
4.7 Any items damaged during delivery need to be photographed in the state they were delivered in and a copy emailed to us.
4.8 All damaged items are to be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
4.9 To be eligible to return or exchange a product,you must provide valid proof of purchase
5. Prices:
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. They do not include shipping or handling costs.
6. Payment:
Dream Designs accepts the following payments: Stripe, Afterpay and Laybuy payments. Afterpay and Laybuy can be used for purchases of $50.00 and above. We please ask that payment be made within 48 hours of making your order.
7. Shipping:
7.1 We offer a flat rate of $9.95 NZD for shipping within New Zealand (using NZ Post Courier Service) and we use DHL Express Shipping for orders to Australia for $45 NZD. DHL Express parcels will arrive to Australia within 2-3 working days and then they need to go through the customs process which may delay the delivery time, and unfortunately we do not have any control over this. All packages are dispatched using a trackable courier and will require a signature as proof of delivery.
7.2 We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) following payment in cleared funds after receiving your order confirmation email. You should expect your order within 2-6 working days. Rural deliveries may take a further 2-3 business days to arrive. Please note couriers do not pick up parcels on weekends or public holidays.
7.3 Whilst all care is taken to ensure parcels are delivered in a timely manner and great care is taken when packing orders, we have no control over what happens to the parcels once they leave our hands. In the unlikely event, you do not receive your parcels in 10 business days or your package arrives damaged, please contact us.

Providing this information is optional, if you do choose not to enter a name, address, email, or phone number we’ll be unable to send you your order or contact you regarding your order or inquiry. 8.3 Cookies are collected on our website to enhance your user experience. You are able to delete these in your browser settings.
8.4 This website is protected by an SSL certificate and any information sent through contact forms is encrypted. Stripe, Afterpay and Laybuy is an encrypted payment gateway.
8.5 You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you would like to ask for a copy of your information or to have it corrected please contact us via email.
8.6 If a customer purchases any items from the Dear Mumma Maternity Maternitywear range (Silk Shirts/Pants) your personal information which includes your name (or your recipients name) and address including a phone number and email will be shared with Dear Mumma (owner of the maternitywear range) to prepare your order and all required shipping arrangements. All details will be shared securely and will not be used for any other purpose other than to send out your order to you/your recipient.
